COVID-19 – Contingency Arrangements from Sherlayer.

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak and the advice from government on the containment and delay phases, the Sherlayer team would like to assure all our customers of the continuity of our service.

Our telephone and key IT systems allows our staff to work in the office or remotely at home. This means that there should be no disruption to the availability of our support staff, account managers and administration staff.

For customers that are currently in the process of a live implementation, we will continue to provide implementation services on the dates scheduled. We will contact you to check that you will be available on such days and if you would still like our staff to attend your site. If not, we will offer the option of remote implementation sessions to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule. We will make every effort to minimise the disruption to project delivery and currently we do not anticipate any impacts to go live dates.
