To view the approval process history of a specific file, including any promotion, approval or rejection notes, users can follow the below steps:

  1. Find the file in the file vault and select ‘view more information’ to expand file details.

 

  1. Find Revision and select ‘See full history’ for every version/revision or Notes History and select ‘View’ for notes for most recent approvals.
