We are excited to announce the release of our latest Feature Packs 5.5 & 5.6! Our team has been working tirelessly to bring our users the latest updates and features that will enhance user experience on Sherlayer.

Here are some of the key features that are included in Feature Pack 5.5 & 5.6:

  • Updated Dashboard
    You can now switch on the updated dashboard via settings, which provides a more user-friendly interface and improved functionality. Learn more.
  • Sample Folder Structure
    For new projects, we have provided a sample folder structure that will help you get started quickly and easily. The sample folder structure will appear automatically in Step 2 of project creation.
  • Batch Downloads on Tasks & Communications
    You can now download files attached to tasks and communications in bulk, which will save you time and improve your workflows. A “Download All” button now appears in any task or communication with multiple files if the user has the correct download permissions.
  • Folder Permissions Overview
    Admins can audit the folder permissions of users for each project using Sherlayer’s new Folder Permissions Overview feature. This feature enables admins to view the folder permissions for individual users and all users on a project/multiple projects and export the results. Learn more.
  • Latest Revit Plugin
    We have also added the latest Revit plugin version. All versions can be found at https://sherlayer.com/revit-addin/
  • Saved Searches
    Users can now save their ‘Advanced search’ (File Vault), ‘Filter by tags’ (File Vault) and ‘Audit Trail – File Vault’ searches to their account for future usage.
  • Linked Files
    Users can now link files across folders and areas and display these linked files (folder permissions apply). Learn more.
  • Additional Audit Trail Filters
    Users with audit trail access can now run searches for approval process history of all files and for all files currently awaiting approval.
